摘要
通过对激光扫平仪系统误差来源的详细分析,提出正确调整和测试激光扫平仪的方法,并可根据最后检测结果估算出剩余的角偏差数值,以便能更好地进行仪器调整。
The error factors of laser scanning device for flatness were analyzed in detail. The adjustment and measurement methods of laser scanning device for flatness were introduced. The angular deviation can be accounted and the device can be adjusted perfectly.
