摘要
企业ERP系统的成功实施对于提高企业的竞争力具有十分重要的积极意义，其实施的成功受到多方面因素制约，都能左右和制约ERP项目实施成败，应引起重视。本文分析了ERP系统实施中存在的一些问题，并提出了一些解决问题的对策，这对企业实施ERP系统有一定的借鉴意义。
The successful implementation of enterprise ERP systems for improving the competitiveness of enterprises is a great positive significance,the success of its implementation are subject to many factors,and constraints can be about success or failure of ERP project implementation,attention should be paid.This paper analyzes the existing ERP system implementation problemsland proposed some solutions to this problem, which some enterprises to implement ERP systems for reference.
