婴幼儿创伤性硬膜外血肿的临床特点分析 被引量：2

摘要 婴幼儿创伤性硬膜外血肿（epidural hematomas,EDH）较少见,临床表现不典型,诊断和伤情评估有时比较困难。目前国内外仅见小宗病例报道,且常并入小儿EDH病例报道中。本文整理了中国5所医院神经外科2000年1月至2007年12月8年间收治的32例婴幼儿创伤性EDH病例，并进行长期随访，以分析婴幼儿创伤性EDH的特点，报道如下。
