非肌层浸润性膀胱癌经尿道等离子双极膀胱肿瘤电切术联合膀胱灌注化疗治疗57例分析

Bipolar Plasma Transurethral Resection of Bladder Tumor Combined with Intravesical Chemotherapy for the Treatment of Non Muscle-invasive Bladder Cancer in Cases

目的探讨经尿道等离子双极膀胱肿瘤电切术治疗非肌层浸润性膀胱癌,术后采用羟基喜树碱进行膀胱灌注化疗的临床疗效.方法采用经尿道等离子双极膀胱肿瘤电切术,术后以羟基喜树碱(40 mg/40mL)行膀胱灌注化疗的方法治疗非肌层浸润性膀胱癌57例.结果 57例非肌层浸润性膀胱癌均一次性切除,术后随访3个月至24个月,5例复发,再次行经尿道等离子双极膀胱肿瘤电切术,术后以羟基喜树碱(40 mg/40 mL)行膀胱灌注化疗的方法治疗,术后随访至今未复发.结论经尿道等离子双极膀胱肿瘤电切术联合羟基喜树碱术后膀胱灌注化疗治疗非肌层浸润性膀胱癌,安全可靠,创伤小,并发症少,复发率低,可重复使用,疗效确切.

Objective To investigate clinical effects of bipolar plasma transurethral resection of bladder tumor combined with postoperative intravesical chemotherapy by hydroxycamptothecine in the treatment of non muscle-invasive bladder cancer.Method 57 patients with non muscle-invasive bladder cancer were treated with bipolar plasma transurethral resection of bladder tumor combined with postoperative intravesical chemotherapy by hydroxycamptothecine（40 mg/40 mL）.Results 57 patients with non muscle-invasive bladder cancer all were once ablated,5 patients relapsed during 3 months to 24 months of postoperative follow-up,which were treated by bipolar plasma transurethral resection of bladder tumor combined with postoperative intravesical chemotherapy by hydroxycamptothecine（40 mg/40 mL） again,and recurrence was not found after operation.Conclusion Bipolar plasma transurethral resection of bladder tumor combined with postoperative intravesical chemotherapy by hydroxycamptothecine is a safe,reliable,repeatable,and effective treatment with less trauma,few complications,and low recurrence rate for non muscle-invasive bladder cancer.
