摘要
目的探讨鼻内窥镜鼻中隔矫正术的优越性.方法对鼻内窥镜下160例鼻中隔矫正术回顾性分析.结果 160例全部病例鼻中隔矫正满意,主观症状消失,无一例出现鼻中隔穿孔.结论在鼻内窥镜下行鼻中隔矫正术视野清晰、微创、并发症少、安全性高、疗效确切,是治疗鼻中隔偏曲的首选方法.
Objective To investigate the superiority of nasal septal reconstruction with endoscope,Method The 160 cases of endoscopic surgery was analyzed retrospectively.Result All of cases got satisfied results,subjective symptoms disappeared and there was no case of nasal septum perforation.Conclusion The endoscopic surgery is the preferred treatment method with clear visualization,minimal invasiveness,fewer complications,safety and effect for deflection of nasal septum.
