中老年人眼睑整形术67例临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Blepharoplasty on 67 Middle-aged and Elderly People

目的探讨中老年人眼睑整形术的临床特点及其整形手术的经验.方法对上下睑松驰性皮肤作适量切除,松驰的眼轮匝肌作缩短加固缝扎,适量切除疝出的眶脂体,对松驰的眶隔筋膜作平行于睑缘的折叠缝合.根据不同的临床类型选择不同的术式.结果 3 a来共治疗中老年眼睑整形者67例,效果满意.结论眼睑整形术是中老年人非常适宜的一种美容手术.

Objective To explore the clinical characteristics and the experience of blepharoplasty on middle-aged and elderly people.Method According to different clinical phenotypes,such diverse surgical methods were selected to properly excise the flaccid eyelids,to shorten,strengthen and transfix the orbicularis oculi muscles,to properly remove the corpus adiposum orbitae and to suture the flabby orbital septum aponeurosis in line with the margo palpebrae.Result Successful blepharoplasty surgery on middle-aged and elderly people was realized in 67 cases in 3 years,and the cosmetic effect was satisfactory.Conclusion Blepharoplasty is a quite suitable and advisable cosmetic surgery for middle-aged and elderly people.
