摘要
目的:观察急性冠脉综合征(ACS)患者血浆胸腺基质淋巴细胞生成素(TSLP)水平。方法:经冠状动脉造影证实的冠心病患者98例,其中稳定型心绞痛(SAP)组40例,ACS组58例,另选取20例造影正常者作为对照组。采用ELISA法检测血浆TSLP水平,同时常规检测患者生化指标。结果:ACS组血浆TSLP浓度[(16.5±3.0)pg/ml]显著高于SAP组[(3.3±1.4)pg/ml]和对照组[(2.8±1.3)pg/ml](均P<0.01);吸烟患者TSLP浓度[(27.9±14.6)pg/ml]显著高于非吸烟患者[(12.9±4.8)pg/ml](P<0.01)。血浆TSLP浓度与血C反应蛋白及LDL正相关(分别r=0.23,P<0.05和r=0.38,P<0.01)。结论:TSLP介导的炎症反应可能与ACS发生有关。
Objective:To observe the plasma levels of thymic stromal lymphopoietin (TSLP) in patients with acute coronary syndrome (ACS).Method:A total of 98 CAD patients conformed by coronary angiography were divided into stable angina pectoris (SAP) (n=40) and ACS group (n=58),another 20 subjects with normal angiography results were selected as control group.Plasma TSLP was measured by ELISA.Result:Plasma concentrations of TSLP in patients with ACS group were significantly higher than those in patients with SAP and in the control group (ACS,[16.5±3.0]pg/ml; SAP,[3.3±1.4]pg/ml; control [2.8±1.3]pg/ml; P0.01).Additionally,plasma concentrations of TSLP in smoking subjects ([27.9±14.6]pg/ml) were significantly higher than that in the non-smoker ([12.9±4.8]pg/ml,P0.01).There were,however,no significant differences between patients with SAP and the control group.Plasma concentrations of TSLP correlated positively with C-reactive protein (r=0.23,P0.05),and low density lipoprotein level (r=0.38,P0.01).Conclusion:TSLP mediated inflammation maybe related to the development of ACS.
