参连汤预防大白兔缺血性室性心律失常的试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:研究参连汤在大白兔心肌缺血时防治T波电交替(T wave alternans,TWA)的离子基础。方法:建立大白兔左冠状动脉前降支结扎造成急性心肌梗死模型,测定假手术组、模型组、参连汤大剂量组、参连汤中剂量组以及参连汤小剂量组TWA、恶性室性心律失常和心性猝死的发生率,测定Ca2+浓度以及ATP酶活性。结果:参连汤各组动物的各种ATP酶活性升高,TWA的发生率减少,恶性室性心律失常减少,实验动物死亡率明显降低。同时我们还发现使用中大剂量参连汤疗效显著,明显优于低剂量组,尽管低剂量组也有效。结论:参连汤能有效控制TWA的发生发展,显著减少了恶性室性心律失常,疗效与剂量有关。 Objective:To study the hydronium base about ShenLian decoction treat and prevent the TWA on ischemia rabbit.By this way,the mechanism of protecting the malignant ventricular arrhythmia and cardiac sudden death can be discovered.Therefore,a useful way can be find to control the malignant cardiac event as soon as possible.Method:Ligating the left artery of AMI rabbits model.Then measure the percentage of TWA,malignant ventricular arrhythmia and cardiac sudden death in ShenLian decoction group,Sham operation group,Model group,Large dose group,Medium dose group and Small dose group.At the same time,The concentration of Ca2+ and the activity of ATP enzyme were measured.Result:The activity of ATP enzyme in all of the ShenLian decoction groups were increased.It result in the percentage of TWA decreased.Therefore the percentage of malignant ventricular arrhythmia an cardiac sudden death was also sharply decreased.We also found the large dose group of ShenLian decoction was much better then the small dose group in this area.Conclusion:ShenLian decoc-tion can improve the activity of ATP enzyme.Which can make the Na+,Ca2+,Mg2+ no matter inside or outside cell to restore normal.It also can reverse the extracellular Ca2+ flowing into cell,inhibit the calcium overload and keep the cardiac cell from damaging.By this the way,the malignant ventricular arrhythmia was sharply decreased and the mortality of rabbit was obviously reduced.This study indicated that function of ShenLian decoction has the intimate relationship with its dose.
