摘要
对哀牢山自然保护区大百合种子休眠原因、休眠破除方法进行了研究,为大百合的种子繁殖提供理论与技术依据。结果表明:大百合种子休眠的主要原因是胚发育不全,种子休眠类型为复杂的形态生理休眠。温度是影响胚生长和分化的主要因素,经高温到低温的变温[25℃/15℃(60 d)→15℃/5℃(60 d)→4℃(50 d)]层积处理,种子可完成后熟而萌发,所需时间约170 d,比自然条件下层积所需时间缩短了11-12个月。
The seeds of Cardiocrinum giganteum collected from the Ailaoshan Mountain Natural Preserve were treated as experimental material;The cause of seed dormancy,dormancy extirpation methods in C.giganteum were explored through morphology dissection,paraffin section,stratification test and biochemistry mensuration,etc.,so as to provide scientific basis for the seed propagation of C.giganteum.The results showed that the embryo undeveloped was the main reason for seed dormancy in C.giganteum and the dormancy types of C.giganteum seeds was morphology physiological dormancy,which was reported for the first time.Temperature was a major factor affecting embryo growth and differentiation,and complicated alternating temperature stratification from high temperature to low temperature could explode the C.giganteum seed dormancy effectively.If the seeds were treated with laboratory alternating temperature stratification(25℃/15℃→15℃/5℃→4℃),the seeds could germinate after ripening.The duration time was about 170 d,and shortened 11~12 months than that under natural conditions.
