摘要
目的探讨5-羟色胺2C受体基因(HTR2C)-759C/T多态性与中国汉族脑卒中后抑郁(PSD)的关系。方法应用聚合酶链反应-限制性片段长度多态(PCR-RFLP)技术,测定中国汉族50例PSD患者(PSD组)、76例脑卒中后非PSD(非PSD)患者及60名正常人(正常对照组)的HTR2C-759C/T基因型及等位基因频率。结果各组间HTR2C-759C/T基因型及等位基因频率差异无统计学意义;PSD组女性CT+TT基因型及T等位基因频率明显高于非PSD组及正常对照组女性(均P<0.05);T等位基因频率与女性PSD呈正相关[优势比(OR)=4.36,P<0.01]。结论 HTR2C-759C/T多态性可能与中国汉族女性PSD发病相关,T等位基因可能是中国汉族女性PSD的危险因素。
Objective To explore the relationship between the polymorphism of serotonin 2C receptor gene(HTR2C)-759C/T and post-stroke depression(PSD) in Chinese Han nationality.Methods The polymerase chain reaction and the restriction fragment length polymorphism(PCR-RFLP) technique were applied to test the frequencies of HTR2C-759C/T genotype and allele in 50 PSD patients(PDS group),76 stroke patients without PSD(non-PSD group) and 60 normal controls(NC group).Results There was no significant differences among the 3 groups in the frequencies of HTR2C-759C/T genotype and allele.However,the frequencies of HTR2C-759 CT+TT genotypes and T allele of females in PSD group were significant higher than those of females in other two groups(all P0.05).The frequency of T allele was positively associated with female PSD[odds ratio(OR)=4.36,P0.01].Conclusion The HTR2C-759C/T polymorphism may be related with female PSD of Chinese Han nationality,and the T allele may be a risk factor of female PSD of Chinese Han nationality.
