女性尿频病因及VE-B电汽化疗法治疗效果观察(附855例报告)

目的:探讨女性尿频的病因及以VE B电汽化疗法为主的综合疗法治疗效果。方法:采用以VE-B电汽化疗法为主的综合疗法治疗女性尿频患者855例,其中腺性膀胱炎520例,膀胱黏膜鳞状上皮化生269例,乳头状增生66例。结果:本组855例女性尿频患者的有效率为90.3%,其中疗效满意者为68.4%,基本满意者为21.9%;无效率为9.7%。结论:女性尿频的病因以腺性膀胱炎为首发,其次是膀胱黏膜鳞状上皮化生;膀胱镜多点活检、细胞学病理诊断至关重要;对腺性膀胱炎、膀胱黏膜鳞状上皮化生等患者采用以VE-B电汽化疗法为主的综合疗法治疗,效果较好。
