糖尿病及糖尿病合并冠心病患者血糖与缺血修饰白蛋白的相关性

The correlation between ischemia-modified albumin and blood glucose in patients with diabetes and diabetes combined with coronary heart disease

摘要 目的探讨糖尿病及糖尿病合并冠心病患者血糖与血清缺血修饰白蛋白(IMA)的相关性。方法检测5组患者的血清IMA水平:正常对照组(A组,101例);单纯糖尿病组(B组,105例);空腹血糖受损或糖耐量异常组(C组,51例);单纯冠心病组(D组,68例);糖尿病合并冠心病组(E组,64例)。结果与A组比较,其余4组的IMA值都增高(P<0.05);E组IMA值高于D组(P<0.05)。结论单纯糖尿病及空腹血糖受损或糖耐量异常患者IMA水平升高,糖尿病合并冠心病患者升高更明显,提示血糖与IMA水平有一定的相关性。 Objective:To study the correlation between serum ischemia-modified albumin(IMA) and blood glucose levels in patients with diabetes and diabetes combined with coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods:Serum levels of IMA were measured in 5 groups of patients with diabetes(group B,105 cases),with abnormal glucose torelence test(group C,51 cases),with CHD(group D,68 cases),with diabetes combined with CHD(group E,64 cases),and healthy subjects(group A,101 cases).Results:Compared with group A,serum IMA in groups of B,C,D and E was significantly higher(P0.05),which was higher in group E than that in group D(P0.05).Conclusion:Serum IMA is increased in the patients with diabetes or with abnormal glucose torelence test,which even more in the patients with diabetes combined with CHD,indicating that the level of blood glucose is associated in certain degree with IMA.
