介入化疗栓塞在中晚期宫颈癌治疗中的临床效果

Clinical outcomes of interventional chemotherapy and embolization in the treatment of advanced cervical cancer

目的探讨介入化疗栓塞在中晚期宫颈癌治疗中的临床应用价值。方法 68例中晚期宫颈癌患者行动脉介入化疗栓塞治疗,2-3周后行宫颈癌根治术,观察肿瘤体积的变化,分析临床效果。结果 68例的总有效率为86.8%（59/68）,完全缓解13例（19.1%）,部分缓解46例（67.7%）,病情稳定6例（8.8%）,病情进展3例（4.4%）。介入治疗后病灶明显缩小,术中出血量较少。结论中晚期宫颈癌行动脉介入化疗栓塞可以缩小局部病灶以利于手术,降低手术风险。

Objective：To investigate the clinical value of interventional chemotherapy and embolization in the treatment of advanced cervical cancer.Methods：Sixty-eight patients with advanced cervical cancer were treated with arterial interventional chemotherapy and embolization,which were followed by radical hysterectomy 2 to 3 weeks later.The change of tumor size was observed after embolization and clinical data were evaluated.Results：The total effective rate was 86.8%（59/68）.The rate of complete remission was 19.1%（13/68）,that of partial remission 67.7%（46/68）,that of stable disease 8.8%（6/68）,and that of disease progression 4.4%（3/68）.Interventional treatment significantly reduced the lesion size and operative bleeding.Conclusion：Arterial interventional chemotherapy and embolization for advanced cervical cancer can effectively reduce tumor size and surgical risk.
