腰椎关节突感受器通路给药治疗腰椎小关节病30例报告

Drug administration via receptor pathway of articular process in the treatment of lumbar facet joint disease

目的探讨经腰椎关节突感受器通路给药治疗腰椎小关节病的疗效。方法腰椎小关节病患者30例，在L3～S。关节突滑膜及椎板肌肉附着点处注射药物合剂，1周1次，1～3次为1个疗程，记录患者治疗次数、治疗前后VAS评分及对治疗后疼痛缓解程度的评价。结果治疗后患者VAS评分均较治疗前降低，患者对治疗后疼痛缓解程度评价的优良率达90％（27／30例），患者年龄越小，病史越短，治疗次数越少。结论经腰椎关节突滑膜和椎板骨骼肌附着点感受器通路给药治疗椎间小关节病是一种简单有效，切实可行的方法。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of drug administration via receptor pathway of articular process in the treatment of lumbar facet joint disease. Methods Thirty patients with lumbar facet joint disease was injected with druy mixture via synovial of L3 - S1 lumbar facet joint and vertebral muscle attachment points, once a week, 1-3 times as a course. Results were recorded, including injected times, VAS before and after treatment and the patient＇s feeling of pain relief after the treatment. Results VAS was reduced and excellent and good rate of the patient＇s satisfaction to the treatment was reached 90% （27/30 cases） after the treatment, The younger and the shorter medical history, the fewer times of treatments was needed. Conclusion Drug administration via receptor pathway of articular process in synovial of lumbar facet joint and vertebral muscle attachment points in the treatment of lumbar facet joint disease is a simple, effective and feasible method.
