小麦地方品种Wx基因构成分析

用 Ｓ Ｄ Ｓ Ｐ Ａ Ｇ Ｅ 电泳技术 ，从９００ 份 小麦（ Ｔ．ａｅｓｔｉｖｕ ｍ ） 地 方品 种中 鉴 定出 了普 通 小麦 Ｗｘ７ Ｄ 基 因缺失材 料一份 ， Ｗｘ４ Ａ 基 因缺失材 料六份 ，含三个基 因的 材料 为８９３ 份。出 现频 率为 正常类型＞ Ｗｘ４ Ａ ＞ Ｗｘ７ Ｄ＞ Ｗｘ７ Ａ。 Ｗｘ７ Ｄ 缺 失 基 因的 发 现， 再 次 证明 我 国 小 麦 资 源是 一 特 殊 类群；这 些材料的 发现，为 我国开展 面条品质 育种研 究打下了 坚实 的材 料基 础，在 小麦 淀粉 遗传 控制研究和 品质育种 方面具 有深远的 理论研究 和应用 价值，并 在小麦 支链 淀粉 的开 发和 利用 方面 有广阔的前 景。

One Wx 7D (null) variety “Baimangbai” and six Wx 4A(null)varieties were successfully selected by 1 D SDS PAGE from 900 landraces in Hebei.The frequency of normal type>Wx 4A(null)>Wx 7D(null)>Wx 7A(null).Wx 7D(null)is a very important gene.It again shows that the materials in China are a special group. These materials discovered here made a solid foundation of the research on noodle quality breeding in China.This variety will be valuable in the theory study and application in wheat starch genetics and quality breeding.It also has a very good future in the development and utilization of amylopectin.
