刺槐无性系营养钵插根育苗试验研究

Experiment on Root Cuttings of Clones of Robinia pseudoacacia L.in Nutritive Pot

对刺槐无性系进行了营养钵插根育苗试验，结果表明：（１） 粗根段（０５ ～０８ｃｍ） 平均扦插成活率７８ ％ ，平均苗高２３６ ｍ ，平均地径２２６ｃｍ ，分别比细根段（０４ｃｍ 以下） 提高２７９ ％ 、２８３ ％ 、２４９ ％ 。（２） 长根段（８ ～１２ｃｍ ） 平均扦插成活率８３３ ％ ，平均高２４８ ｍ ，平均地径２２８ｃｍ ，分别比短根段（４ ～５ｃｍ） 提高２７８ ％ 、１５１ ％ 、９７ ％ 。

Eeperiment on root cuttings of clones of R.pseudoacacia L.in nutritive pot has been carried out.The results showed average survival ratio for thicker roots (0 5-0 8)was78%,with average sapling height 2 36m and average root neck 2 26cm,which increased by 27 9%,28 3%and 24 9%respectively,compared with thinner roots (under0 4cm).Root cuttings survival rate for longer roots was 83 3%,average sapling height 2 48m and average root neck 2 28cm,which increased by 27 8%,15 1%and 9 7% respectively,compared with shorter roots(4-5cm)
