摘要
共青团建设青年就业创业见习基地,是团的十六大之后共青团服务青年就业的重要路径之一,是解决青年职业生涯起步阶段就业要求与工作经验矛盾的积极尝试。为有效推进青年就业创业见习基地建设,高校共青团组织应发挥自身优势,紧密结合办学特色,积极联系企业,营造良好氛围,做好就业指导和服务工作。
To build entrepreneurial base on youth employment is an important method for youth employment after 16th national congress delegation. It is positive attempt for solving the contradictions between employment requirement in initial stage and word experience. Communist youth league organizations should play their own advantage, actively affiliated enterprises according to own characteristics closely, create a good atmosphere, improve employment guidance and service.
