建设社会主义新农村,必须大力提高农民素质,培养新型农民。对此,各级党政领导干部的路径选择是:加强农民的思想道德教育、法制观念教育;加强农村的文化教育建设;加强农村的制度建设和制度创新,提高农民的民主能力。

To build socialism new countryside, we must improve peasant＇s quality, raise new type peasant. Thus, leading cadre in all grades should enhance peasant＇ s education in ideological and ethics, as long as the education in legality view ; improve the contracture in cultural education ; strengthen building and innovation of system and peasant＇s democratic capacity.
