摘要
生产企业中大型风机、泵类负载多为高压异步电机传动控制,恒速运转,其中绝大部分都运行在通过风门挡板或阀门调节流量的节流状态,能量损耗相当严重。本文通过对贵州—企业技术改造中成功地设计选型高压变频调速系统的介绍,对高压变频装置选型的主要技术参数和性能要求进行了阐述,对高压变频系统的构成、单元结构、控制方式等进行了介绍,分析了高压变频调速技术在高压大功率设备上的成功应用。实例证明,该变频技术在节能降耗、提高自动化控制水平方面具有很好的应用前景。
The large fans and pumps are often the high-voltage induction motor load drive control,constant speed operation in production enterprises.Most of them which run through the baffle or damper valve control flow throttle state,the energy loss is very serious.This paper introduces a selection of the successful design of high frequency control system in Guizhou,stated the main technical parameters and performance requirements of the high voltage inverter selection,described the composition,cell structure, control Methods and analyzed the successfully applied of high frequency control(?) high-voltage power devices.Examples show that the frequency technology have a good prospect in energy saving and improve the level of automation.
