摘要
河南煤业化工集团中原大化公司煤化工空分装置空气压缩机防喘振控制系统,采用Miconwell公司的ITCC控制系统,实现方法为最常用的多段折线连接形成一条折线曲线的方法。实现的防喘振基本功能有:喘振线、防喘振线、喘振裕度(5%),防喘振线下移线(1次2%,最多5次),自动/部分/手动切换,PID调节等功能。
Air separation unit air compressor anti-surge control of coal chemical,in Zhongyuan Dahua company of Henan Coal Chemical Industry Group,which adopts the most commonly method for the line connected to form a multi-segment polyline curve. Achieving the basic functions of anti-surge：surge line,anti-surge line of surge margin （5%）,anti-surge line down the line（2%,up to 5 times）,auto / parts / manual switch,PID regulation and other function.
