农民失地环境调查及利益保障研究——基于杨凌示范区的实证分析

An Investigation on Land-losing Farmers' Environment and a Research on Benefit Security——An Empirical Analysis Based on Yangling Demonstration Zone

失地农民问题是当前社会关注的一个热点问题,它直接关系到我国经济的发展和社会的稳定。文章通过对杨凌示范区农民失地环境进行调查分析,发现失地对农民收入水平和就业结构造成的影响,及政府补贴中存在的问题,以此提出在小城镇发展过程中如何保障失地农民利益的相应对策。

The problem of land-lost farmers are a social issue at present,It immediately concerns the economic progression and social stability of China.By analyzing environment of land-lost farmers in Yangling Demonstration Zone,this article tries to find out its effect on farmers＇ income levels and employment structure,and to find out the defects of the government subsidy in this respect,thereby suggesting the corresponding measures to protect the benefits of the land-lost farmers.
