石膏基外墙粉刷材料性能与结构

Property and structure for gypsum base exterior wall plastering material

以Ⅱ型无水石膏为基材，以矿渣改性、混磨，并加入水泥熟料、激发剂、防水剂等复合而成石膏基外墙粉刷材料。介绍了生产工艺、产品物理力学性能，对其耐水性、抗冻性、抗酸雨性、抗干湿循环性、耐温性进行了研究，并对其水化硬化特点与微结构进行了分析。该材料于１９９５年开始在工程中应用，至今粉刷层完好。

The gypsum base exterior wall plastering material is made of CaSO4 Ⅱas base material, slag after modified and milled, activator and waterproof agent. This article introduces production process, physical and mechanical property of the product, makes a study of its water resistant, frostproof, acid rain resistant, dry-wet circle resistanting and temperature resitatant and analyzes hydrate and hardening characteristics and microstructure.
