摘要
针对最佳水源地方案的选择是一个多目标的优选问题，提出用价值分析法评价诸方案的优劣。该文简要介绍了它的基本原理，并给出了一个简单实例，结果表明效果较好。
Aiming at the fact that the choice of the best water resource scheme is a multi-purpose optimization problem, the paper presents that different schemes can be assessed of their superiority or inferiority using the value analysis method. It briefly introduces the fundamental principle, and gives a simple practical example , The result shows the effect is rather good.
