顶枕部角化棘皮瘤继发鳞状细胞癌一例
摘要
角化棘皮瘤（KA）是一种可以自愈的皮肤肿瘤,来源于棘细胞,在临床和病理学上均十分类似于鳞状细胞癌（SCC）.KA多见于中老年人,且男性多于女性,好发于暴露部位,以面部中央、鼻、颊、眼周及头部为主,其次为手腕背侧和前臂伸侧部位.2010年3月笔者成功救治1例头顶部KA继发SCC的患者,现报告如下.
