摘要
分析了灾害经济研究的意义及灾害经济的特点、分类、研究重点。
Disaster economy is a kind of special economy system,it is of double characteristics, which cover natural social characters.On the other hand,the system is divided into two classes,including three types of first_class and thirteen types of second_class.Meanwhile, the author thinks that the main contents of disaster_economy study should focus on forecast, estimate and management.
