无损检测用驻波电子直线加速器的防护性能检测分析 被引量:1

Verification and analysis on protective property of standing-wave linear accelerator for non-destructive testing

摘要 目的对无损检测用驻波电子直线加速器防护性能进行检测与分析,可以确保加速器设备的出厂质量,并为现场作业人员的规范操作和有效防护提供指导。方法以13台加速器为检测研究对象,使用PTW UNIDOS型剂量仪、LiF(Mg,Cu,P)热释光剂量计(TLD)等仪器,测量了加速器的主要剂量学指标,并结合相关标准进行分析和评价。结果 13台加速器的电子束能量与所标定的能量相符,与辐射输出相关的剂量学指标合格率均为100%,加速器组装体距靶1 m处312个测量位点中,99.0%位点的相对辐射泄漏率低于1.0‰,每台加速器距靶点1 m的球面上24个点的平均相对辐射泄漏率均低于0.7‰,符合产品出厂的企业标准。结论无损检测加速器的防护性能是与设备常规运行质量和现场人员的个人防护直接相关的,应加强每台设备投入工业运营前的防护检测。 Objectives To ensure the outgoing quality and to offer the instruction in standard operation and reliable shield,the quality and protective property of the"Standing-Wave Electron Linear Accelerator for non-destructive testing"should be necessary before leaving the factory.Methods Thirteen accelerators were tested,PTW UNIDOS dosimeter,and LiF(Mg,Cu,P)thermoluminescence dosimeters(TLDs)were used to determine the main dosimetric indexes of accelerator.Results The electron beam energy of all these accelerators accorded with its labeled value,the eligibility rate of dosimetric parameter concerned with radiation output of accelerators was 100%.On the other hand,in 312 measurement dots that were 1 m away from the targets of accelerator assembly,99% of the relative radiation leakage rate was1.0‰,and the average relative rate of leakage radiation from 24-dots on the spherical surface of these accelerators was0.7‰,all satisfied the leaving factory demand of the product.Conclusion The results suggested it should be necessary to verify the protective property of the accelerator before put into industrial operation,owing to its close relation with regular operation and personnel health protection on site.
