介绍了Aspen Plus软件的概况,系统地阐述了Aspen Plus在湿法脱硫工艺系统中应用,详细介绍了Aspen Plus在湿法脱硫FGD系统中的吸收塔、换热器、泵等关键设备设计、开发、选型中的应用,以及模型分析工具在工艺参数优化、降低工程造价中的应用。
This paper introduces the survey of Aspen Plus Software, and expatiates the application of Asp en Plus in Flue Gas Desulfuration System. Besides, it also introduces the application of Aspen Plus on design,invention.choice of critical equipments such as absorber tower.GGH.pump in FGD system in deatail, and the application of Model Analysis Tools in parameter optimization and saving the project costs.
