5例误诊为痛性眼肌麻痹的疾病分析 被引量：9

摘要 痛性眼肌麻痹综合征又称Tolosa-Hunt综合征（THS）,多认为是海绵窦非特异性炎症,为大量淋巴细胞、浆细胞和成纤维细胞为主组成的肉芽肿样病变,引起某些颅神经（动眼神经、滑车神经、外展神经、三叉神经第1、2支）受压和颈内动脉狭窄。该病以头痛及眼肌麻痹为主要表现,易与海绵窦附近病变混淆,随着神经影像技术的广泛应用,对THS诊断应更为慎重,
