摘要
设计建造了研究段塞流中液塞卷吸长气泡尾部气体现象的实验装置,实验段由水平布置的有机玻璃管组成,内径50 mm。长气泡下的液膜高度由挡板控制,从而生成液塞进行测量。提出了一种液塞气体卷吸率测试方法,根据停气后液塞运动与长气泡中气体质量守恒来确定气体卷吸率,实验数据与文献很好相符。结果表明气体卷吸率与上游液膜Fr数有关,而且还受Re数影响,提出了新的预测模型。
An experimental test rig was designed and constructed to investigate the gas entrainment from a liquid slug at the tail of an elongated bubble.The horizontal test section was composed of acrylic pipes with inner diameter of 50 mm.The film height under the elongated bubble was controlled by a gate and a liquid slug was formed.A novel method to measure the gas entrainment rate from a liquid slug was proposed.The entrainment rate is determined from the balance between the decrease rate of gas mass in the elongated bubble and the gas entrainment at the slug front after the gas valve closed.The measured data are compared well with the literatures.The results show that the entrainment rate is proportional to the upstream film Fr and Re numbers,and a correlation is presented.
