摘要
本文采用数值计算的方法,以水为流动介质,对内置螺旋片的强化传热管进行流动与传热特性的分析。结果表明,在管内插入螺旋片可以有效提高换热与流动的综合性能,雷诺数Re在3000~12000之间时,其PEC值在1.60~2.40之间。
In this paper,a three-dimensional turbulence analysis on heat transfer and fluid flow of a tube fitted with helical twisted tape without core-rod inserts is performed by numerical simulation. The simulation results show that the overall performance of the tube fitted with helical twisted tape has improved efficiently,and the PEC value of the helical twisted tape inserts of different width varies between 1.60 and 2.40 in the range of Reynold number 3000~12000.
