摘要
采用数值模拟方法研究了40°螺旋角时螺旋折流板换热器双螺旋和中间搭接两种折流板布置形式对壳程性能与螺旋流动的影响,并与30°和40°螺旋角时单螺旋连续搭接结构的进行了对比。结果表明,40°螺旋角时双螺旋和中间搭接结构会强化壳程流体的螺旋流动,使同流量下壳程换热系数与压降增加,但同压降下的换热系数显著下降且均低于30°螺旋角单螺旋连续搭接结构的换热系数。
Performances and helical flow in shell-side of heat exchangers with double-helix and middle-overlap helical baffles(HEDHB and HEMHB) were investigated by Computation Fluid Dynamics(CFD) method and compared to that of heat exchangers with single-helix helical baffles (HBSHB).The numerical results show that,under the same mass flow rate,shell-side helical flow,the pressure drop and convective heat transfer coeffecients of both HEDHB and HEMHB with helix angle 40°is higher than that of HBSHB with helix angle 40°.Under the same pressure drop,the convective heat transfer coefficient of HEDHB and HEMHB is less than that of HBSHB with helix angle 40°and 30°.
