聚焦解决模式在胎儿异常孕产妇心理护理中的应用

Psychological nursing with solution-focused approach among pregnant women suffered fetal death or abnormality

目的探讨以聚焦解决模式为基础的心理干预策略及应用方法对胎儿异常孕产妇的影响,以期为该类患者实施心理护理提供帮助。方法以聚焦解决模式为依据,制订心理干预策略,并应用于22例妊娠20周后突发胎儿异常的孕产妇的心理护理中。入院当日及出院前1日,分别采用意外事件影响量表修订版(IES-R)进行患者自评,采用三维筛选评估模型进行研究人员评估的形式,评估患者的心理状况。结果出院前1日,本组患者在IES-R的逃避、侵扰、唤醒3个维度得分,以及研究人员评估的情感、认知、行为3个维度得分均低于入院当日,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论以聚焦解决模式为基础的心理干预策略能为胎儿异常孕产妇提供有效心理护理。

Objective To explore the effect of psychological nursing based on solution-focused approach among pregnant women suffered fetal death or abnormality. Methods Based on solution-focused approach,the measures of psychological nursing were formulated and carried out in 22 pregnant women suffered fetal deaeh or abnormality after 20 pregnant weeks. The patients＇ mental state was evaluated with Impact of Event Scale-Revised（IES-R） and Three-dimensional Assessment Scale（TAS） at the admission day and one day before discharge. Results After intervention,the subscale scores of IES-R and TAS were significanlty decreased（P〈0.001）. Conclusion Psychological nursing based on solution-focused approach is proved to be effective for pregnant women suffered fetal death or abnormality.
