手术安全核查制度的实施和效果

Practice and effect of verification regime on perioperative patient safety

目的探讨在学习中国医院协会《2009年患者安全目标》和卫生部《手术安全核查制度》的基础上,实施安全核查的流程及效果。方法在手术设备、环境、人员相对固定的前提下,对人员进行培训,细化各环节核查流程和内容,通过手术医师、麻醉医师及手术护士三方合作落实核查措施,并分析具体实施效果。结果对患者安全目标分10项进行评价,5项目标落实率为100%,其他项目落实率为97.0%～99.5%。结论手术团队在学习上述目标和制度的基础上,细化并合作落实手术安全核查流程和内容,可有效保障手术安全,降低手术风险,提高医护服务质量。

Objective To evaluate tile effectiveness of verification behaviors on perioperative patient safety based on the Patient Safety Goals in 2009 issued by Chinese Hospital Association and the Verification Regime on Operation Safety issued by Ministry of Health. Method The measures included staff training,specifying the verification procedures and contents in detail, implementing verification behaviors by surgeons,analgesists and nurses. Result Results of the patient safety assessment showed that in 10 patient safety indicators, 100 percent success rate was achieved in 5 indicators and 97.0 to 99.5 percent in the others. Conclusion The surgeon team can cooperate together to implement the verification procedures,effectively decrease operation risks ,ensure operation safety and improve the quality of medical services.
