再论鸭绿江水南调工程

Re demonstration on Southward Transfer Project of the Yalu River

鸭绿江水南调工程，水清流洁，未被污染，这是南水北调东线、中线工程所不具备的。加之可以自流调水至天津，兼有沟通辽东半岛与山东半岛交通的功能，可望尽快收回工程投资，故它是诸调水方案中比较理想的一种方案。本文在以前研究的基础上，进一步论证鸭绿江水南调工程的具体线路及施工策略。

The Yalu River is extraordinarily cleanliness and is not contamination.However northward transfer water from the Yangzi River on east line and midst line engineering has heavily contained.Southward auto transfer water from the Yalu River can flow to Tianjin,which can be ditched between Shandong and liaodong peninsulas. On research basis of the last two years,the canal route and engineering of Southward Transfer Project of the Yalu River is deeply demonstrated,which financially well feasibility and superiority.
