摘要
益生菌具有维护肠道微生态平衡、提高定植抗力及调节免疫等功能,被应用于诸多感染性疾病的临床治疗。本文着重概述益生菌在消化系统感染性疾病中的临床应用效果,包括外科大手术、感染性腹泻、抗生素相关性腹泻、坏死性肠炎、幽门螺旋杆菌感染、腹膜炎。
The use of probiotics in the management of infectious diseases is supported by their ability to stabilize the gut microbiota composition,enhance colonization resistance,and modulate immune function.The review focuses on the efficacy of probiotics used in gastrointestinal selected infections diseases including： infectious complications in surgery;infectious diarrhea;antibiotic associated diarrhea;necrotizing enterocolitis;helicobacter pylori infection and spontaneous bacterial peritonitis.
