摘要
近年来,城市自来水安全越来越受到人们的重视,随着新型自来水处理工艺——臭氧-生物活性炭工艺(O3/BAC)的应用普及,自来水的安全性在得到提高的同时,还发现该工艺存在自来水生物安全隐患。文章在总结分析国内外学者相关研究和借鉴国内外关于水污染风险评价理论的基础上,建立了自来水处理工艺中生物安全的时序风险评估体系。从事前、事中和事后三个阶段评估自来水生物安全风险,并提出了相应的应急管理对策,以控制和减少自来水中无脊椎动物生物的数量,从而提高居民生活用水质量,防控自来水水质突发事件的发生。
In recent years, people have paid more and more attention to drinking water security in the city. With the application and popularization of new tap water treatment technology-O3/biological activated carbon process, the running water security has obtained enhancement, but also scholars discovered hidden danger of biological security in this technology. This paper summarizes and analyzes the domestic and foreign scholars' related research and uses the water pollution risk assessment theory at home and abroad for reference, on this basis, establishes time sequence risk evaluation system about biological security in the drinking water treatment process. According to three time stages, which are respectively called as before occurrence section, under occurrence section and after occurrence section, the paper assesses biological security of drinking water and proposes the corresponding emergency management measures to control and reduce the quantity of invertebrate in the drinking water, thus improves the living water quality of residents and prevents the occurrence of running water quality emergency.
