Status and Trend of Synergetic Development of Economic-Ecological-Social System in State-Owned Forest Area

从国有林区经济生态社会系统的发展阶段,经济、生态、社会三个子系统的平衡状态和相互作用的程度,以及林业分类经营的角度,具体划分了不同的协同发展形态,对不同协同形态进行了简单判别,指出最理想的协同形态是一种良性循环的或者是高效协同的形态,这应成为国有林区经济生态社会系统动态协同发展的最终趋向和协同发展的最佳目标。这种高效协同发展形态是由复合系统自身的动态发展演化过程决定的。但这种高效的协同不是整齐划一、均质的协同,而会随着国有林区特殊的生态位变化,在动态发展过程中,表现出侧重于主导目标或功能的非均质的协同形态。

From different angles, i.e. the developmental phases of economic-ecological-social system in state-owned forest area, balance status and effect degree of economic system, ecological system, social system and forestry classification management, it divides into some different status of system＇s synergetic development, and made a simple discrimination. It points out that a virtuous circle or efficient synergetic development was the most ideal, which should become ultimate trend and optimum target of synergetic development of economic-ecological-social system in state- owned forest area. This efficient synergetic development is decided by its own dynamic developing evolution. But this efficient synergetic isn＇t uniform and homogeneous, during dynamic development; it will exhibit anisotropic synergetic status with special niche of synergetic development of economic-ecological-social system in state-owned forest area.
