摘要
在企业内部,隐性知识转化存在许多障碍,为克服这些障碍,提出一些机制,如构建激励机制、提高员工知识水平、构建转化平台、营造知识转化的企业文化和由外而内的转化模式等。
There are many obstacles in the conversion of tacit knowledge within enterprises. In order to overcome these obstacles, some mechanisms are put forward, such as constructing inspiring mechanism, advancing knowledge level of staff, constructing conversion platforms, cultivating the enterprise culture of knowledge conversion and building the conversion mode of transforming outer knowledge to inner one.
