Research on the Environment and Strategy of Shanghai Intellectual Property Service Industry

以上海建设现代化国际大都市为目标,从服务经济已成为当今世界经济发展的主流趋势入手,从四个方面分析了上海发展知识产权服务业的环境和前景,为政府及其管理部门制定知识产权服务业的发展战略提供决策依据。

Aiming at building Shanghai into a modem international metropolitan, this paper analyzes the environment and development pro.spects of Shanghai intellectual properly service industly from four aspects based on the background that service economy has become the mainstream of world economic development. As a result, the paper gives the decision - making suggestions on how to formulate the strategies of intellectual property service industry for government and management departments.
