程控钠离子交换器的特点及其技术突破

Features and Techincal Breakthrough of Program-Controlled Sodium-Ion Exchanger

电脑程控钠离子交换器的研制成功，特别在几个关键技术问题上的突破，使国内自动交换器的安全可靠性及自动化程度提高到一个新水平。本文从钠离子交换器、程控多路阀的结构及密封体系、操作方式、溶配盐液系统等关键技术上，对程控钠离子交换器的技术突破进行了论述。

Successful development of program-controlled sodium-ion exchanger,especially some breakthroughs of key techniques,has made the safety reliability and automation degree of domestic automatic exchanger raise to a new level.This paper discusses the technical breakthough of program-controlled sodium-ion exchanger from the structures of sodium-ion exchanger and program-controlled multichannel valve and some key techniques such as sealing system,operating method,salt providing system,etc.
