Developing High-tech Industries and Accelerating Industrial structural Adjustment

从忻州地区当前经济发展的现实出发，提出了发展高新技术产业并促进其在全区结构调整、产业升级和经济发展中发挥主要作用的措施。

Starting from the actuality of economic development at present in Xinzhou Prefecture,this paper puts forward some measures of developing high-tech industries and accelerating them to play an important role in the course of structural adjustment,industrial promotion and economic development in the whole prefecture.
