摘要
针对O,S-二甲基硫代磷酰胺生产过程存在大量未转化的原料以及副产物等废物,以总收率以及产品质量与废物质量的比率最大为多目标优化,采用复形法优化O,O-二甲基硫代磷酰胺异构-蒸馏分离-再循环系统的工艺参数。优化结果表明:降低蒸馏压力,提高O,O-二甲基硫代磷酰胺的质量分数,与传统过程相比,总收率提高13%,废物减少50%左右。
There was a great number of unconverted reactant and by-product waste in producing O,S-dialkyl phosphoroamidothioate.It was aimed at the maximum total yield and the maximum ratio of product mass to waste mass as multi-objective optimization.The system of O,O-dialkyl phosphoroamidothioate isomerization distallation separation recycle was optimized by complex methods.The results show that reducing the vacuum pressure and improving the mass of O,O-dialkyl phosphoroamidothioate,the total yield is raised 13%and the waste is reduced about 50%.
