摘要
在1810年爆发拉美独立战争以来的200年中,拉美国家在政治、经济、社会和外交等领域取得了不容低估的发展。但拉美的许多问题都没有得到很好的解决,其中,最突出的有以下五大难题:如何维系政治稳定,如何在发挥比较优势的同时提升产业结构,如何为政府与市场的作用定位,如何缓解贫富悬殊,如何减少对外国资本的依赖。研究和剖析这五大难题产生的背景、原因及其影响,对发展中国家具有借鉴意义。
In the past two hundred years since the independence war broke out in 1810,Latin America has achieved remarkable progress in the areas of politics,economics,society,diplomacy,and so on.However,there are many problems which haven't yet been adequately solved.Among these,the following five are the most prominent:maintainance of political stability;upgrading industrial infrastucture while continuing to exploit the comparative advantages;positioning of the government and market;narrowing the gap between the rich and the poor;and dependence on foreign capital.
