摘要
对中国内墙涂料市场进行了分析和预测,指出以电石水解后产生的电石渣代替灰钙粉作内墙涂料的填料可行,并对其市场前景进行展望。分析了电石渣的组成和性质,通过小试确定了电石渣的处理工艺,并进行了生产成本估算和对比以及经济效益评价。假设在PVC厂配套建一套10万t/a内墙涂料的生产装置,预计可处理电石渣近10万t/a,可实现经济效益5 270万元/a。该工艺使电石渣变废为宝,减轻了环保压力,具有十分良好的环保效益和经济效益。
On the basis of analysis and prediction to the interior wall coating market in China, the feasibility of using carbide slag generated from hydrolysis of calcium carbide to replace ash calcium powder as interior wall coating's stuffing was introduced and the market prospect of the new interior wall coating product was forecasted. Composition and properties of carbide slag were analyzed and carbide slag's treatment technology was confirmed by experimental batch plant. Further- more,the production cost estimation and comparison as well as economic benefit assessment were carried out. Provided a 1 × 10^5 t/a interior wall coating production plant was set up in a PVC factory,it's predicted that it could annually deal with about 1 × 10^5 t carbide slag and could realize RMB 5.27 × 10^7 yuan economic profit every year. This technology changed waste into valuable, reduced environment protection pressure, and had very good environmental and economical benefits.
