Synthesis and Calm Activity of Helicid-Pyrazoline Derivatives

摘要 以豆腐果苷、取代苯乙酮和4-甲氧基苯肼为原料,设计合成了7个新型豆腐果苷-吡唑啉衍生物3a～3g,产物结构经1H NMR,IR和HRMS予以确认.初步生物活性测试结果表明,部分化合物具有一定的镇静催眠活性. Seven novel helicid-pyrazoline derivatives 3a～3g were designed and synthesized via condensation of helicid,substituted hypnone and 4-methoxy-phenylhydrazine.Their chemical structures were con？rmed by 1H NMR,IR and HRMS techniques,and the calm activity was studied as well.The preliminary bioassay test showed that some of the compounds had good calm activity.
