摘要
采用对苯二甲酸二甲酯(DMT)路线以铝、硅化合物为复合催化剂合成聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET),对PET的特性粘数、色值和热性能进行了测试,与Sb_2O_3催化合成的PET进行了比较。结果表明:铝硅复合催化剂的催化活性低于Sb_2O_3催化剂,所得PET特性粘数较低;铝硅复合催化剂所得PET的b值高于Sb_2O_3催化所得PET的,结晶能力比S_2O_3催化所得PET的略有提高;硅酸钠适合作为铝酸钠的助催化剂。
PET was synthersized by DMT route using aluminum/silicon compound catalysts. The intrinsic viscosity, hue and thermal properties of PET were tested and compared with those of PET prepared using Sb2O3 catalyst. The results showed that the aluminum/silicon compound catalyst bad the catalytic activity lower than Sb2O3 catalyst, and the obtained PET had relatively low intrinsic viscosity. Aluminum/silicon compound catalyst contributed higher b value to PET than Sb2O3 catalyst. The crystallinity of PET catalyzed by aluminum/silicon compound catalyst was slightly improved as compared with PET catalyzed with Sb2Os catalyst. Sodium silicate was a reasonable choice as a catalyst promoter for sodium aluminate.
