微细旦PET超短纤维的生产工艺探讨 被引量:1

摘要 采用半消光PET切片熔融纺丝生产PET超短纤维,探讨了纺丝工艺和油剂对生产及纤维性能的影响。结果表明:控制PET切片的含水率小于30μg/g,组件初始压力8.5~10.0 MPa,纺丝温度288~292℃,喷丝板单孔吐出量0.35~0.45 g/min,纺丝速度1 300~1 500 m/min,采用国产油剂TDS-2000A及TFS-90适当调配,纺丝过程顺利稳定,得到的0.89 dtex PET超短纤维物理性能良好,分散性达0级。 A PET short cutting microfiber was produced using semi-dull PET chips as raw material by meh spinning process. The effects of the melt spinning process and finishes on the production and the fiber properties were discussed. The results showed that the production was stable and the obtained O. 89 dtex PET short cutting fiber exhibited fairly good physical properties and the dispersion order 0 when the process conditions were as followed : moisture content of PET chips below 30μg/g, spin pack initial pressure of 8.5 - 10.0 MPa, spinning temperature 288 - 292℃, single hole extrusion of spinneret 0.35 - 0.45 g/min, spinning speed 1 300 - 1 500 m/min, domestic finishes TDS-2000A and TFS -90 adapted moderately.
