建筑施工过程的有效控制,是直接影响工程质量的重要环节。编制过程控制程序,确定“特殊过程”、关键工序,配备保证过程能力的人员、机具、设备、材料,规定工艺方法,并严格按控制文件执行,作好各种记录,才会筑造出合格、优良的工程。
