厦门市石兜-坂头水库水体生物有效磷与叶绿素a分布特征及其相关性 被引量:3

摘要 研究了厦门市石兜-坂头水库生物有效磷与藻类叶绿素a分布特征及其相关性.研究结果表明,石兜和坂头库区的FeO-P浓度范围分别为0.0061—0.0093 mg.L-1和0.0064—0.0085 mg.L-1;FeO-DP平均浓度均略高于FeO-PP,分别占FeO-P浓度的47.6%—63.9%和49.3%—59.7%.总叶绿素a浓度范围分别为185.25—220.33μg.L-1和172.04—219.58μg.L-1;两库区均蓝藻含量最高,各占总叶绿素a的54.67%—65.27%和49.87%—63.87%,绿藻略低于蓝藻,硅藻含量极少,两库区具有暴发蓝、绿藻水华的潜在风险;生物有效磷与藻类叶绿素a具有相似的分布规律,均表现为上游区域高于下游区域,人类活动干扰较大的近岸区域高于库心区域,说明两者的分布规律与人类活动干扰程度以及外源污染源的输入情况密切相关.水体FeO-P、FeO-DP含量与水体蓝藻以及总叶绿素a含量呈现显著线性正相关,与绿藻含量则呈现低度线性正相关. The distribution characteristics of bioavailable phosphorus(BAP) and algae chlorophyll-a concentration were investigated and the correlation between them was studied in Bantou-Shidou reservoir in this paper.The results show that: the total BAP(FeO-P) concentration in Shidou reservoir(upper reaches) and Bantou(lower reaches) ranged from 0.0061—0.0093 mg·L^-1 and 0.0064—0.0085 mg·L^-1,respectively.Dissolved bioavailable phosphorus(FeO-DP) was slightly higher than the average concentration of Particulate bioavailable phosphorus(FeO-PP).The percentage of FeO-DP concentration in FeO-P ranged from 47.6%—63.9% and 49.3%—59.7%,respectively.The total chlorophyll-a concentration ranged from 185.25—220.33 μg·L^-1in Shidou reservoir and 172.04—219.58 μg·L^-1in Bantou reservoir.The dominant algae composition was Cyanophyta in two reservoirs which ranged from 54.67%—65.27% and 49.87%—63.87% in total chlorophyll-a concentration.Chlorophyta was slightly lower than Cyanophyta,and Bacillariophyta was extremely low.T his indicated that there is a potential risk of blue-green bloom outbreak;BAP has a similar distribution pattern with chlorophyll-a concentration in that the upstream region was higher than downstream region,and is closely related to human activities and input situation.There is a significant positive linear correlation of FeO-P and FeO-DP with Cyanophyta and total chlorophyll-a concentration,and low positive linear correlation with Chlorophyta.
