创建网络翻译课堂,推进翻译教学改革——以一堂翻译课为实例

Designing translation teaching models based on the Internet forum to promote the translation teaching reform

英语专业本科的翻译课程既不同于翻译专业本科和MTI的翻译课程，也有别于英语语言技能训练，其教学组织自然有原则性差异。传统的英语本科翻译课以教室为教学场所设计和开展教学，具有单向教学、以教师为中心、学生被动机械、教学效果低下等缺点。关于翻译教学理论和方法的宏观探讨国内外都有了长足发展，但是关于翻译教学理论和方法应用的微观案例探讨相对不多，国内翻译课堂案例探讨十分缺乏。本文依据相关理论，结合具体教学实践提出“基于网络论坛平台构建翻译教学课堂的开放式教学模式”，期望能对我国翻译教学改革有一定启示作用。

Translation teaching for the English major is quite different from that for the translation major as well as that for the MTI. It can neither be treated merely as language skill training. However, the traditional translation teaching shows such limitations as teacher-centeredness, passive learning, no interaction, and low efficiency. Trans- lation pedagogy has been widely studied at the macro-theoretical level, yet rarely studied at the micro-practical level. Thus detailed elaborations on translation teaching projects, particularly in China, are far from enough. On the basis of the Skopos theory, Colina＇s teaching concepts and the authors＇ own translation teaching experience, this paper proposes in detail an open-class teaching model based on the Internet forum, which is hopefully enlightening for the reform of translation teaehing in China.
